End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: October 15, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and HI TV: Drama, Movies & Shows (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HI TV: Drama, Movies & Shows for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, design, and functionality, remain the property of the developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App;

  • Use the App for commercial purposes or unlawful activity;

  • Interfere with the App’s normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

4. Content and Data Sources

HI TV provides movie and show information using data from TMDb.org, licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0.
The App does not host or stream copyrighted media. All information and images are used under fair-use principles and belong to their respective owners.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement or misuse the App. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
